Please Note: Bows are extremely individual items. My main goal is to have a satisfied customer. Therefore, except for custom orders, I send all bows out on a 7-day trial basis. It may take more than one shipment to find the right bow for you. The information on the form below enables me to narrow down your preferences as much as possible. If there is any additional information that you think will help, please do not hesitate to add it. Feel free to call and discuss what you are looking for. Please complete one form for each bow you intend to purchase.

Pricing: The price range for my bows is large, depending on the materials used and amount of decoration. I can provide a quotation based on the information you provide on this form, or you can call or e-mail me with specific questions. The following prices are approximate and subject to change:

Terms

U.S. Customers:

California Residents: Send $100 refundable deposit plus $20 for shipping and handling (via UPS Ground).

Outside California: Send $100 refundable deposit plus $40 for shipping and handling (via UPS 2nd Day Air).

Depending on what is in stock at the time your order is received, I will ship up to 3 bows at a time for a 7 day trial period.

Payment accepted by personal check, bank draft, bank wire or postal money order. California customers add 7.25% sales tax.

Returns: Please package bow(s) using the same shipping materials in which you received them. Send them by UPS or FedEx 2nd day air! Contact me when your package ships, so that I will know when to expect it.

International Customers:

Please send payment in full plus US$50 shipping charge (via Priority Mail). Bow may be returned within 10 days for exchange or refund.

European Customers: Some bows may be in stock in Europe. Please inquire.

Payment accepted by personal check in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. bank or wire transfer.

Import duties are paid by you, directly to your government. Bows will be marked as samples on customs forms.

Returns:

Write "returning sample to original owner" on customs form. Please ship by air priority or UPS International. Contact me when your package ships, so that I will know when to expect it.

Back Orders:

The waiting period for bows depends on what is in stock when you order. When you contact me about an order I can verify what is available for immediate delivery or the expected waiting period. I can usually fill back orders within six weeks.
